Characteristics:Purple red amorphous powder, odorless, metal polish, insoluble in water or carbon dioxide. Relative density 2.20, Relative vapor density (air=1): 4.77,Melting point(ºC)590(4357kPa), ignition temperature(ºC)250-270ºC, vaporizing to gas state when temperature rise up to 630ºC.
Red phosphorus can be used to flame retardant polyhydrocarbons, polystyrene, polyester, nylon, polycarbonate, polyformaldehyde, epoxy resin, unsaturated resin, rubber, textiles, etc., and the flame retardant of polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate and phenolic resin oxygen containing polymers is particularly effective, compared with other phosphorous flame retardants, the same mass of red phosphorus can produce more phosphoric acid, Phosphoric acid can be covered on the surface of the flame-retardant material and can accelerate dehydration and carbonization on the surface of the material, forming a liquid film and carbon layer can separate the external oxygen volatile fuels and heat from the internal polymer matrix and interrupt the combustion, because red phosphorus in achieving the same flame-retardant requirements when the amount is small, and red phosphorus has a high melting point and poor solubility, so some physical properties of red phosphorus flame-retardant polymers It is better than the similar polymers prepared by ordinary flame retardants.

Or inner big bags if customers permits. Non red phosphate powder inside or outside drums, and tightly enclosed on drum mouth.
