Application
High efficiency coated red phosphorus flame retardant is used as an additive halogen-free flame retardant for adhesives and sealants.It is a halogen-free,high efficiency,low-smoke and harmless flame retardant.The flame retardant effect reaches UL94V-0 level.Used for epoxy resin, phenolic resin, unsaturated polyester resin, EVA, ABS, butadiene rubber, polycarbonate and other adhesives, the reference dosage is 5-10 parts. If used in combination with AI(OH)3, the flame retardant effect is better.
Coated--P red phosphorus flame retardants are mainly suitable for the flame retardancy of thermosetting resins, especially epoxy resins. Germany, the United States and Japan and other countries have used coated red phosphorus as an added flame retardant to synthesize flame retardant fibers such as polyvinyl chloride fibre , viscose fiber, acrylic fiber, polyester, nylon and polypropylene, so as to imitate a variety of flame retardant textiles, fundamentally solve the flame retardant problem of synthetic fiber textiles
Packing, transportation and storage:
Industrial coated red phosphate demands packing to be Railway dangerous gauge standard, as steel drums, which to be coated inside and outside, weight 20kg./25kg.4/5 plastic bags for inner packing, 5kg for each bag, tightly enclosed. Or inner big bags if customers permits. Non coated red phosphate powder inside or outside drums, and tightly enclosed on drum mouth.
