But doesn't dissolves in ethanol.Heat it up to 400 centirade, melts and becomes transparent liquid. After efrigerating, it become opaque potassium metaphosphate. And it is easy to deliquesce.
Usage: used as a fertilizer, flavoring agent, brewing yeast culture agent,and used in medicine and manufacturing of potassium meta-phosphate.
